1. About the Site

The Site exists to introduce visitors to Waypoint Noven and to the licensed realtors on our team, share information about how we serve buyers and sellers in New Mexico and Utah, and let visitors connect with our team or directly with the principal broker.

The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer of representation, or a binding agreement. Any client representation by Waypoint Noven or one of its realtors would happen separately, in a written brokerage agreement signed by both parties.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through the forms
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, branding, and design are owned by Waypoint Noven, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The name "Waypoint Noven" is a trademark of Waypoint Noven, LLC and may not be used without our written permission. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to copy, modify, or redistribute our content.

4. Forms and submissions

When you submit information through the contact form or any other interactive feature on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and the State of Utah, in each case without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site may be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico or Utah, depending on the nature and location of the dispute. By using the Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be added once these Terms are finalized. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
